Refund Policy — CyberFOX VPN

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a reliable and secure VPN service. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of activation, under the following conditions:

  • Usage must not exceed 15 GB of data.
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase if the service was not suitable for your needs.
  • Refunds are not applicable after 30 days of activation, regardless of usage.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send a request to cyberfoxvpn@protonmail.com including:

  • Your transaction ID
  • Your authorization code
  • The reason for the refund request

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be declined if:

  • Usage exceeds 15 GB
  • The request is made after the 30-day period
  • There's evidence of abuse, fraudulent behavior, or violation of our Terms of Service

CyberFOX VPN reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with the above criteria.
